Join us for a one-day course focused on improving barbell technique!

Saturday, May 11 from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

What to expect:

This course will focus on improving technique and power for the Front Squat and the Squat Clean. Athletes will be led through specific skill-building drills and the coach will help them fine-tune movements for optimal efficiency. The session will end with a short workout to put into practice the skills learned.

Is This Course For Me?

Many people at CrossFit Dwell want to improve their barbell lifting technique. This course will allow the athlete time to practice and to be coached on specific aspects of the movements. If you have ever thought you would like to get better at the Front Squat or the Squat Clean, this course is for you.
