CrossFit Dwell exists to provide busy adults in Kennesaw, Acworth, and Marietta with a fun, safe, and motivating environment to achieve better health and wellness in a well rounded manner. We are committed to fitness that meets our members' goals, professional coaching, and a compassionate and encouraging community where every person who walks in our door knows they belong.

What We Offer

CrossFit Group Classes

Our CrossFit classes are designed to provide a fun, dynamic, and challenging workout to get you in and out the door in 60 minutes. Each minute of every class is planned by our coaches to give you the best workout for YOU! Our classes include a warm up, mobility, the workout of the day, a cool down, and end with high fives all around. You will gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence all while being supported by our coaching staff who will encourage, guide, and support you all the way.

On Ramp Classes

On Ramp consists of 3 private or semi-private sessions that give you the foundation for our group CrossFit classes. These sessions are intended to build confidence and teach proper mechanics for the movements frequently used in CrossFit. Upon completion, members will then be able to join our group classes or continue private sessions depending on personal fitness goals.

Individual training

Personal training may be right for you if you are looking for extra accountability, encouragement, and scheduling flexibility. We offer private and semi-private sessions, tailored to your specific fitness goals. We also offer 1 on 1 training sessions utilizing the daily group programming, as well as movement review sessions for those looking to spend some time refining certain skills outside of regular classes.

THIS GYM! After being introduced to CrossFit more than a decade ago and being a member at a few local gyms - I found my home here. Our gym offers a community that fosters a culture of support, motivation, and accountability!

What is CrossFit?
Per CrossFit, LLC's definition, CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. CrossFit, LLC recognizes ten general physical skills that lead to fitness: stamina, respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, power, accuracy, and balance. We have seen the physical benefits from practicing each of these skills, and the confidence that comes from achieving something new.


Why choose CrossFit?
In CrossFit, we vary our workouts with the goal of creating a cohesive, well rounded fitness. The movements we incorporate have benefits both inside and outside the gym. By choosing to challenge ourselves in the gym, we're better prepared for the tough things in life that are outside of our control. Plus, you will find a group of like-minded people to share in the experience and with whom to build lasting friendships.

I'm not in good shape - can I do this?
Definitely. Anybody can do CrossFit, no matter their current fitness level. We have helped former athletes looking for an outlet to maintain their fitness, as well as people who have never worked out a day in their life until they come through our doors. We can adjust every workout to meet you where you currently are.

Here's the real truth about CrossFit: there is nothing like it! YES you can do this! The coaching team is amazing here! The best I have ever seen to be completely honest. Proper technique is always most important. There are movements I can't do but there are always modifications shown that I can do.
